What this is
Mom. Wife. Girlfriend. Grandmother. Daughter. Student. Athlete. Executive. Caregiver. Business owner. Speaker. The one who handles it.
Every one of those is something you do. Not one of them is your name — and yet we introduce ourselves with them, decide what we're allowed to want with them, and quietly shrink to fit. We limit ourselves.
You're good at all of it. That's the trap — nobody ever takes away a role you're good at. And then one day you catch yourself in a mirror and think: I don't know who that is anymore.
For eight weeks we take one evening a week to find her — caring for your skin properly and slowly while we do the other work underneath. Every week you leave with something to do at two o'clock on a Tuesday, standing in a kitchen, with nothing on your face and nobody watching. The evening is where you practise it. The afternoon is where it counts.
Not after the list is done. Not when everyone's handled. Now.
The eight weeks
Eight evenings that turn in a circle. The first weeks are about what was placed on you. The middle weeks are about what you're ready to set down. The last weeks are about who you're becoming — and then it begins again, so there's no week to catch up on and no wrong week to walk into.
Every week names what we use and what stands in for it, because nobody sits a week out.
The same three moves, every week
There are four of you in there. Not four types of women — four things one woman does.
Each of them has something she says when you are running on empty. It always sounds like your own good sense. That is what makes it so hard to catch.
Each of them also has something she says rested. Same woman, same strength, with something left in the tank.
There is a name for who you are when the second one holds. You get that name too.
Doses, order and the at-home recipes live on the Wednesday page.
And one thing for the afternoon
Every week you leave with something to do at two o'clock on a Tuesday, standing in a kitchen, with nothing on your face and nobody watching.
The evening is where you practise it. The afternoon is where it counts.
What a night looks like
Wednesdays at 5:30 PM Pacific · 8:30 Eastern · 7:30 Central · 6:30 Mountain
Nothing to prepare. Nothing to prove. Just ninety minutes of being cared for — which most of us haven't had in a very long time.
A washcloth, a bowl of warm water, your products, a journal — and a hand mirror. We tell you exactly what to have ready the week before.
We go through each step and each product together — what's in it, why it comes in that order, and what it's actually doing for your skin. No Mary Kay? Any product you already own works beautifully, and our spa gift below sends you what you need.
Each step goes somewhere the product can't. This is the part women come back for.
Every week ends with a song, a mirror, and a page. It's the quietest four minutes of most women's week.
Every week ends the same way
Pick up your mirror.Just look at her. And when you can't look anymore — write.
Accepting your invitation
Choose how you'd like to join us, and everything else — your seat, the link, the reminders — is handled from here.
What arrives in the gift
There is nothing to buy, ever. It's a gift — because you can't practise being cared for with empty hands. Every woman we've invited receives one.
Your free gift
The four of you, and where each one lives in your body. What each says when you are worn down, and what the same one says rested. What to do at two in the afternoon when you catch it. And every evening step by step — how much, which direction, what to say to yourself while your hands are moving, and what to use instead if you do not have it.
Yours to return to a month from now, a year from now, on the week everything gets loud again.
Then, if you want it, there is the other one: a map made only of you — which of the four is yours, which whisper runs you hardest, and what your own system does under pressure. That one comes later, and only if you ask.
Before Mom. Before the job. Before the title. Before the person everyone calls.
The room
Every week, without exception. What women say out loud in this room they mostly don't say anywhere else, and that only holds because of who's in it. Bring your sister, your friend, your mother, your daughter. Bring the woman you've been worried about.
The eight weeks are a beginning, not the whole thing. The call continues every week afterward, with new work and the same women. Most of them stay. You're not signing up for a course — you're joining something that meets every week.
Your seat is held
This room is invitation only, and yours is waiting.
Wednesdays · 5:30 Pacific · 8:30 Eastern
Free to attend, always. Ninety minutes a week that belong to you — and nothing to prepare but a bowl of warm water and a mirror.
